-Promotes harm to others, such as content that encourages self-harm, discrimination, bullying, humiliation, or emotional distress. This also includes:
Using AI for subconscious manipulation, deception, or impairing decision-making abilities.Exploiting individuals based on age, disability, or socio-economic status to manipulate behavior.
-Poses a risk of death or physical harm to individuals, including those associated with illegal drugs, weapons, or self-harm.
-Creates, promotes, or facilitates adult content, including but not limited to sex chat, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
-Engages in deception or fraud, such as plagiarism, phishing, malware distribution, or spreading misinformation.
-Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or other legal protections.
-Seeks or provides professional advice in regulated fields such as medical, financial, or legal services, or participates in political campaigning or lobbying.
-Attempts to bypass security measures designed to protect privacy and prevent unauthorized access.By using Manta AI, you agree to comply with these Terms. Any violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Once shared with AI, information may be retained and used to generate more personalized outputs. Therefore, you should not submit any information that you do not want AI to process or retain, such as account credentials, passwords, financial details, or other sensitive data.
Additionally, Manta may automatically or manually review your interactions with AI, including your conversations and messages. You may request deletion or correction of your personal information, but it is essential to review the Privacy Policy beforehand. Depending on how you use AI, deleting a message, a conversation, or even deactivating your account may not fully erase your personal data. - Any damages arising from AI usage, however caused, even if we were advised of the possibility
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability exclusions, meaning some limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, Manta’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By continuing to use Manta AI after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Manta AI before the updates become effective.
