1.General Provisions

-"Manta users" refer to individuals who have successfully completed the registration process, agreed to Manta’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and utilize Manta’s services in compliance with its applicable policies.

-Manta’s membership service is a paid value-added service provided by HoloDreams Limited. Only after completing payment can users access exclusive benefits and features available to members.


2.Service Fees and Description

-Manta Premium Membership is a paid subscription service. The specific pricing is subject to the latest announcements in the Manta app, and users can subscribe via Apple iTunes or Google Play.

-Members can check their subscription details—such as active service content and duration—at any time by logging into Manta > My Premium at no additional cost.

-Automatic Renewal Service is designed to ensure uninterrupted access to Manta Premium by automatically renewing the subscription before its expiration. This prevents service disruptions due to missed payments or other oversights. When activated, you authorize Manta to deduct the renewal fee for the next billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or semi-annual) from your linked third-party payment account (Apple iTunes or Google Play). To enable this service, your Manta account must be successfully linked to a valid payment method, ensuring sufficient funds for automatic deduction.

-Automatic renewal refers to the process of charging the next billing cycle’s service fee through the designated payment method. Members are responsible for ensuring that Manta can successfully process the payment. Any failure to renew due to insufficient funds or other issues will be the sole responsibility of the member.

-The use of Manta membership services is strictly limited to the Manta platform. Any attempt to unlawfully extract, distribute, or exploit Manta’s content outside of its platform—such as through hacking or other malicious means—is strictly prohibited. Violators will be held legally accountable, and Manta reserves the right to pursue legal action.

-HoloDreams Limited reserves the right to adjust membership benefits, service fees, and automatic renewal terms based on business needs. Any such adjustments will be communicated in advance via in-app notifications. Updated pricing and service details will be reflected on the Member Center page. Users must agree to and complete payment under the revised terms to continue or extend their membership. However, any changes will not affect existing members during their active subscription period under the original terms.

-The membership validity period starts immediately upon activation. Users can check their membership details in Manta App > My Premium Center.

The automatic renewal service ensures uninterrupted access to membership benefits by automatically extending the validity period. Upon expiration, HoloDreams Limited will renew the membership and deduct the corresponding fee based on user authorization.

-This agreement takes effect once the user accepts or starts using the service and remains valid until the user cancels the membership.

-Members may terminate automatic renewal at any time. For specific cancellation instructions, refer to Article 4: Rights and Obligations of Members.

-Any auto-renewal instructions given before cancellation remain valid. Manta will not refund fees already deducted based on prior authorization, and the member is responsible for any associated costs.

If a member voluntarily cancels their membership before expiration, HoloDreams Limited is not obligated to refund any remaining membership fees.

-Members are responsible for all activities on Manta, including free and paid services. Use of Manta must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

-Members must safeguard their username and password and must not share or lend their account. Manta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized use.

-Membership services are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Memberships cannot be transferred, gifted, loaned, or sold to another account.

Members must not obtain or purchase Manta membership through illegal means (e.g., fraud, exploiting system loopholes, unauthorized resellers). Any losses resulting from such actions are the member’s responsibility.

-If Manta’s membership pricing changes before or during auto-renewal, the latest price at the time of renewal will apply.

-Auto-renewal cancellation instructions: Apple users:

Open Settings > iTunes & App Store > Click on Apple ID > View Apple ID > Account Settings > Subscriptions > Select Manta membership and cancel.

Google Play users: Open Google Play > Settings > Manage Automatic Renewals > Turn off auto-renewal.

If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal, Manta reserves the right to continue attempting deductions. If the charge is successful, the subscription will be extended for the next billing cycle.

-If an error occurs during payment processing, both Manta and the member should cooperate in resolving the issue. Liability will be shared based on the degree of fault—if both parties are equally responsible, costs will be split accordingly.

-Members are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. If an account is compromised due to user negligence, any resulting losses are the member’s responsibility. However, once an account theft is reported and verified, Manta will take necessary actions to prevent unauthorized use.

-If a member violates Manta’s policies or harms other users, Manta reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without compensation and may pursue legal action.

-If a member violates laws and regulations, Manta has the right to cancel membership immediately, and the user must bear all legal consequences.Manta provides users with automatic renewal charge details. If an invoice is required, users may contact customer support.

-The amount deducted for automatic renewal is recorded in the user’s payment history, and the membership period is extended accordingly.

-Activating the auto-renewal service itself is free, but Manta reserves the right to adjust renewal terms and pricing based on business or market conditions. In such cases, users will be notified via in-app messages.

6. Breach of Contract

-While using this service, you may not engage in the following actions:

-Modify service content, duration, fees, transaction status, or other information through technical means without Manta’s official authorization.

-Provide membership services to others through unauthorized means (including but not limited to lending, renting, selling, sharing, or transferring).

-Crack, alter, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or otherwise compromise any security measures and technologies used by Manta to protect membership services.

-Remove any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property statements from membership service content without Manta’s prior written consent.

-Display membership service content, in whole or in part, in any public setting (whether paid or free) without explicit authorization from Manta (except where such actions do not constitute infringement).

-Engage in any other actions that are not explicitly authorized by Manta, violate this Agreement, applicable laws, regulations, or policies, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of Manta or third parties.

-You acknowledge and agree that if you engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, or policies, breaches this Agreement, or harms the reputation or interests of Manta and its affiliates, Manta reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

-Handle the violation in accordance with the specific terms outlined in this Agreement.

-Take measures to stop the violation and mitigate its impact, such as deleting or blocking relevant content, restricting or terminating your account or account privileges.

-Suspend or terminate part or all of your membership services without issuing a refund or any form of compensation.

-If your actions cause losses to Manta or its affiliates, you shall bear full liability for damages and complete compensation payments within the timeframe specified by Manta.

-Modify service content, duration, fees, transaction status, or other information through technical means without Manta’s official authorization.

-Provide membership services to others through unauthorized means (including but not limited to lending, renting, selling, sharing, or transferring).

-Crack, alter, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or otherwise compromise any security measures and technologies used by Manta to protect membership services.

-Remove any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property statements from membership service content without Manta’s prior written consent.

-Display membership service content, in whole or in part, in any public setting (whether paid or free) without explicit authorization from Manta (except where such actions do not constitute infringement).

-Engage in any other actions that are not explicitly authorized by Manta, violate this Agreement, applicable laws, regulations, or policies, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of Manta or third parties.

-You acknowledge and agree that if you engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, or policies, breaches this Agreement, or harms the reputation or interests of Manta and its affiliates, Manta reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

-Handle the violation in accordance with the specific terms outlined in this Agreement.

-Take measures to stop the violation and mitigate its impact, such as deleting or blocking relevant content, restricting or terminating your account or account privileges.

-Suspend or terminate part or all of your membership services without issuing a refund or any form of compensation.

-If your actions cause losses to Manta or its affiliates, you shall bear full liability for damages and complete compensation payments within the timeframe specified by Manta.

7. Refund Policy

General Policy:

-All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

-Refunds are not provided for partially used periods.

-If your account has been disabled due to a violation of platform rules, you are not entitled to a refund.
